Crime and Injustice - The Georgia Straight
When an individual commits an act of violence while psychotic, their fate is dictated by a set of Criminal Code laws that are designed not to criminalize the mentally ill. These laws emphasize reintegration in balance with public safety. However, this progressive attitude has not fully extended to victims or their families.
